Summer school has arrived @HartleyOEC! Excited to partner once again with Saginaw Public Schools to offer a unique blend of hands-on learning and exploration. Students are connecting with nature, fostering an understanding of the environment while building academic skills.




Everyone had a great time was had by all during White Pine's summer school trip to Hartley. The group focused on building trust, effective communication, and self-awareness. Evidently, taking a group photo of teens is its own team-building activity. 😉#HartleyOEC #SISD



Carrollton Middle School brought over 20 students to Hartley for a week-long STEM and Leadership Camp. Students searched the water for aquatic life, learned to shoot archery, and put their leadership skills to the test. We can't wait for an even better camp next year! #HartleyOEC

Every year Hartley staff waits for the ground hog's babies to appear. We spotted five this morning! The female groundhog typically births a litter of two to six hairless and blind offspring. Did you know young groundhogs are called kits, puppies, or even chucklings? #HartleyOEC
